Tiger Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo tiger shrimp sauteed in butter and garlic, then flashed in white wine. topped with parmesan cheese and served with lemon wedges.
Pan Fried Walleye
Walleye pike dredged and coated in seasoned bread crumbs, then pan fried to a golden brown and served with a homemade remoulade.
Grilled Atlantic salmon served on a bed of asparagus spears and finished with hollandaise sauce and blue crab claw meat.
Coconut Curry Salmon
An eight ounce Atlantic salmon fillet grilled to your specifications and basted in a sweet and spicy coconut curry glaze. Served on a bed of rice with curried stir fry vegetables, then flashed with scallions and fresh cilantro.
Pan-seared sea scallops smothered in a sweet white wine and lemon cream sauce; contrasted by a garnish of capers and fresh lemon zest.
Cornmeal Crusted Walleye
A walleye fillet dredged in cornmeal and our house made Cajun seasonings, pan -fried in butter and served on a bed of traditional jambalaya. Finished with steamed crayfish and jumbo tiger shrimp.
Lobster Tail Dinner
An 8 ounce cold water lobster tail smothered in lemon, white wine and butter then baked to perfection. Served with clarified butter and lemon wedges.
Alaskan King Crab
Our Chef steams and pre splits these gorgeous red king crab legs and claws. Served with clarified butter.
